Who we are

We are dedicated Democrats, volunteering our time to elect Democrats to all levels of Government.

We are a resource for local voters to learn more, to get registered, to get involved, and to get excited.
The Augusta County Democratic Committee officers are elected at the biannual reorganization meeting. The last reorganization was held December 2017.

The current Officers are:
Chair Frank Nolen
Vice Chair Jennifer Kitchen

The Augusta County Democratic Committee (ACDC) regular meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm in the City Council Chambers of Staunton City Hall. The majority of our meetings are held jointly with the Staunton and Waynesboro Democratic Committee with a separate ACDC business meeting held after the joint meeting. In months when we do not meet jointly, the ACDC will typically meet at the Augusta County Government Center. Please join our mailing list or check Facebook or this Website for specific meeting notices.

Meeting location is 116 W. Beverley Street.
The Beverley Street entrance may be closed, so enter through the Police Department entrance at the end of the lower walkway from N. Central Avenue. Take the elevator up one floor to the Council Chambers.
